• Submission of the form constitutes a commitment of the school that, if selected, you will participate in the Zero Robotics SPHERES Challenge 2011 "PHASE".
• Full proposals will be reviewed and you will be notified of their status within 3 weeks of submission, but no later than September 9, 2011.
