Unfortunately MIT does not have any dormitory-style housing available for guests, you will need to find accommodations off-campus. 

Below we have listed the hotels closest to MIT that have some form of MIT pricing arrangements. All rates are subject to availability and do not include the 14.45% tax.  (not necessarily the best, sometimes online rates will be better). Do check "weekend" rates (or other promotions) which might give even better prices than MIT rates.  All the listed hotels are within a mile or so of campus.

All rates are subject to availability and do not include the 14.45% tax. Be sure not to book a nonrefundable rate in this case, unless it is actually cheaper than the MIT rate and you are definitely planning to attend. Once booked, non-refundable rates cannot be altered.
