2025 Evaluations & Program Surveys

All students and educators/coaches/mentors/teachers are required to complete pre and post surveys. Your input is critical to assessing and improving resources. Please have students complete pre surveys either before they start or by the end of day one. Post surveys should be completed on the last day of the program or, ideally, on the day of Finals. All survey links are provided below for easy access and completion.

Consent for Research Participation

To appropriately conduct research of the 2025 season and Zero Robotics 2.0 via surveys and interviews, we need authorization from three groups and ask that you have participants and parents complete these forms electronically or via hard copy:
