Advisor registration is the only required step at this time. Student names are collected later in the season, after registration closes.
International teams are fully welcome to attend Finals at MIT. As long as all code submissions are turned in on time, your team remains eligible.
We understand that visas and flights require advanced planning. Key dates will be shared as early as possible so teams can prepare without disadvantage.
Yes — a global livestream will be provided so all international teams can watch in real time.
Schools may host local community viewing events. We can provide promotional graphics, guidance, and technical notes for hosting a watch party.
No — due to ISS program budget constraints, we cannot host a live ISS Finals this season.
Instead, Finals will use ISS robotic analogs, running student code live on physical robots in a space-relevant testbed environment.
Zero Robotics cannot provide personalized visa support or individual invitation letters.
We can provide:
- A general participation confirmation letter
- Program descriptions and official event dates
- Public documentation confirming team registration
Visa applications must be handled directly by your school administration and the appropriate U.S. consulate.
