Teams have been grouped into 19 alliances. In each alliance below, the bolded team is the alliance lead. The alliance lead is responsible for coordinating code submissions, but all teams in the alliance must work together and meet.

Alliance Guidelines
01 Meet early
Schedule your first alliance meeting as soon as possible. Every team in the alliance must attend, not just the lead.
02 Do the worksheet together
Fill out the alliance worksheet as a group at your first meeting. It walks you through introductions, strategy, and how you will divide the work.
03 Meet regularly
Set a recurring meeting time that works for all teams, and stay in touch over email between meetings.
04 Everyone contributes
Split up the work (strategy, coding, testing) so every team owns a piece. The final submission should represent the whole alliance, not just one team.
05 The lead coordinates
The alliance lead is responsible for coordinating and submitting the alliance's code and for submitting the Alliance ID & Intro form, but the lead does not make decisions alone.
06 Be a good alliance-mate
Reply to emails promptly, be respectful of different experience levels, and help first-time teams get up to speed.
